Responsibilities of most senior Finance Manager:
A) Control all financial and management reporting and accounting process.
B) Help drive the growth and development of the business; provide support to the Managing Director as required.
C) Implement and maintain a rigid set of financial controls and discipline throughout the business.
D) Investigate opportunities for margin improvement and cost control.
E) Partner with the Managing Director on launching new projects and ideas to improve performance.
F) Partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations Directors to improve the performance of the business.
G) Analyze the financial consequences of major strategic initiatives to grow profitability.
D) Review executed contracts to determine financial opportunities and commitments.
